If you want to change or cancel your order

If you wish to change or cancel your order please telephone 01709 542428 or e-mail info@loveyourpet.co.uk (Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30). When contacting customer services please provide your order number and have your order details to hand in case further information is required.

Returns procedure

Our aim is to supply products you and your pet(s) are happy with and love. In the event should you wish to return anything you have bought from us we will happily offer you a product exchange, credit note or if preferred a refund.

Returns policy

If you change your mind about your purchase please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt or invoice within 14 days of the date of purchase and we will offer you a exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described. Returns should be made within 14 days and still in their original and undamaged packaging. If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery costs

We will only refund delivery cost if the product is deemed incorrect, damaged or faulty. We will test products upon their return. No delivery cost will be refunded if the product is simply unwanted.

You can bring your item back to our shop or send to: (Ensuring you return the product(s) in their original packaging and packaged correctly to avoid being damaged whist in transit)

We can if preferred offer a courier collection service at a cost to you unless returning an incorrect, damaged or faulty product.
