Next Working Day UK Mainland Delivery Service Information

Orders received before 5pm Monday to Friday are delivered the next working day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays and Public Holidays). Items unexpectedly out of stock and products dispatched by the manufacturer direct will generally be delivered within three working days. Our website will automatically work out the correct delivery cost based on your order weight and volume.

Delivery Information

We endeavour to despatch all orders received before 5 pm Monday to Friday on the same day using a next working day courier-based delivery service. If your order is received on a non-working day or public bank holiday your order will be despatched on the next available working day.

We ensure orders are despatched promptly and are packed correctly and we strive to ensure the item ordered is the item received in the time expected. Due to being human and relying on a third party road based delivery network, delays can sometimes occur which are out of our control and we will rectify a problem caused by us. Upon despatch, your tracking information is sent from the courier direct to mobile number if provided or your email address.

What if I have not received a courier tracking text or email?

Sometimes courier tracking emails can go in the spam folder or a technical problem may have resulted in them not being sent or you not receiving the email. Please get in touch,

Are your details entered correctly?

The correct address formatting is critical O instead of zero “0” for instance.

House name or number with the street name on the first line.

incorrect address formatting as above can delay your order.

If your delivery address and contact information is not correct,

the courier cannot make a successful delivery. Your personal details are your responsibility and a failed or returned delivery due to no fault of our company or the delivery company will incur extra costs to you.

Please provide a telephone number during the checkout process for the courier to ring if they have any difficulty with your delivery.

Damages and Returns

In the event your item is damaged or unsatisfactory please do not accept delivery. A signature is acceptance of a item in good condition. If the order has been left without a signature under your instruction then the order is left at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage after delivery.

Once you have opened your order if you identify an issue, please report it to us immediately attaching photographs of the product and any labels along with a description of the problem by submiting an email message to our dedicated Internet customer service at hello@loveyourpet.co.uk or call them on 03306600099.

Love Your Pet Fraud Prevention policy

We cannot take instruction to change order details i.e. name or address, after we have received it.

Should there be an issue with an order call us immediately on 0330 66 000 99, and if the order has not left our warehouse,

we are happy to cancel this order for you to resubmit with the correct details.
